What we keep, what we don’t.

What we collect

• Audit form: the URL of the website you ask us to review, your name, email, and any notes you choose to add.
• Booking form: your name, email, and any notes you add when scheduling a discovery call. The slot itself is written to a Google Calendar event.
• Aggregate analytics: Vercel Analytics records page views, referrer, country, and device class. It does not set cookies in its default mode.
• One first-party cookie (legible_pricing_variant) tags which version of the pricing page you saw, so we can measure which one helps people more. It expires after 30 days. It is not shared with any third party.

Why we collect it

To answer your message, prepare for our call, send the audit you asked for, and improve the parts of the site people actually use. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with advertisers.

Who sees it

• The founder of Legible Studio.
• Vercel (hosting + analytics) and Resend (transactional email), which process data on our behalf.
• Google Calendar, when you confirm a booking slot — the event is created on our calendar with you as an attendee.

How long we keep it

Audit and booking submissions are retained for as long as the project conversation is active, plus up to 24 months for accounting and reference. Analytics events are retained per Vercel’s default policy. You can ask for earlier deletion at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to stop processing it. Email hello@legible.studio and we’ll respond within 30 days.

Cross-border transfers

Our processors (Vercel, Resend, Google) are based in the United States and may store or process your information there. By submitting a form on this site, you understand that your data may leave your country of residence. Where applicable (EU/EEA, UK, Switzerland), transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards put in place by each processor. We do not transfer your data to any jurisdiction without an adequacy decision or a comparable safeguard.
