I scope every project before I quote it. The number I give you is the number you pay. No hourly billing, no surprise invoices mid-project. If something is outside what I do, I will say so before we start.

How do I know which tier is right for me?

If you need one page that does one job, like a launch, a campaign, or a single offer, that is Launch Page. If you need a multi-page site for your business, Essential Presence. If you want to be able to publish your own content and manage the site without calling me every time, The Platform. If you need software: auth, databases, dashboards, that is Web Application. Still not sure? Start a conversation and I will tell you what I would actually do.

What does 'From $X' mean? What determines the final price?

The starting price is for the base scope of each tier. Final cost depends on how many unique layouts you need, how complex the content is, and how much custom work the project requires. Most projects land within the range listed. I give you a fixed quote after our first conversation — not an estimate that keeps changing.

What is included in the hosting fee?

Vercel edge hosting, CDN, SSL, uptime monitoring, dependency updates, security patches, and minor content edits: things like updating your hours, swapping out a photo, fixing a typo. Your site stays fast, secure, and current without you having to think about it.

Can I start small and scale later?

Yes. A lot of clients start with Essential Presence and add a CMS, a blog, or extra pages later on. The codebase is built to grow — you are not paying to redo work that is already done.

What is the typical timeline?

Launch Page: 1–2 weeks. Essential Presence: 4 weeks. The Platform: 8 weeks. Web Application: scoped individually. Every project starts with a discovery phase before design begins. I do not start designing until I understand the business.

Do you offer payment plans?

Standard terms are 50% upfront, 50% at launch. For larger projects I can structure milestone-based payments. Recurring services are billed monthly.

What about branding and logos?

I do not design logos or brand identity systems. If you need that done first, I can point you toward people who do it well. What I do is take your existing brand — your logo, your colors, your tone — and turn it into a cohesive web design system.

What is NOT included?

Logo design, brand identity, photography, videography, and 3D animation. E-commerce is available as an add-on, scoped after a conversation because complexity varies a lot. If your project needs something outside what I do, I will tell you before anything starts.
